Three Lucky Horses Send Columbia Racetrax Player to Winner’s Circle

Claims $30,734 prize on 20-draw Trifecta bet
A Howard County man found himself in the Lottery Winner’s Circle this week after placing a lucky Racetrax Trifecta bet on 20 races. The Columbia resident just claimed a $30,734 prize.
The 24-year-old visited Long Reach Exxon in Columbia. He placed a Trifecta wager on horses 10, 11 and 12 for 20 races on June 17. They crossed the finish line in that exact order in the 8th race, giving the lucky player a hefty windfall.
His Lottery retailer, Long Reach Exxon located at 6000 Foreland Garth, will receive a $307.34 bonus for its role in selling a winning Racetrax ticket of $30,734. The bonus is equal to 1% of the prize. Our winner is the third player to claim a $30,734 Trifecta prize this week.
